Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy describes how BV MEDIA CORPORATION SRL (“we”, “Company”) processes personal data when you use:
- the websites app.bellavladi.com, ik.bellavladi.com and related Bella Vladi pages;
- the Android app “Белла Влади: Фейсфитнес” (package com.bellavladi.app).

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the site or the app, we may process:
- Account data: name, email, phone, date of birth, Instagram name, language, country preference.
- Login data: one-time email codes, Telegram login if you choose it, session token.
- Service data: purchased courses, watch progress, club access, chat messages with support, bonus balances (diamonds / ClubCoins).
- Payment data: processed by payment providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, Klarna / Kustom). We do not store full card numbers in the app.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser or app version, language, approximate country, crash or request logs needed to keep the service working.
The Android app does not sell your data and does not show third-party advertising SDKs. Video lessons are streamed from our CDN / video hosts so that you can watch purchased content.
3. Why we process data
- to create and maintain your cabinet account;
- to deliver digital courses, club days and support chats;
- to take payment and comply with Romanian accounting and tax rules;
- to send transactional messages (login codes, access, support);
- to send marketing only if you agreed;
- to keep the site and app secure and improve them.
Legal bases under GDPR: contract (art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)), consent for marketing (art. 6(1)(a)), and legitimate interest in running a secure service (art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run the service: hosting, email delivery, payment providers, video/CDN, and (if you write in Telegram) Telegram. Transfers outside the EEA use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard where required.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account and order data are kept while the account is active and then as required by Romanian accounting rules (up to 10 years for invoices). Chat and watch history are kept while needed to provide the cabinet. You can ask us to delete or restrict data as described below.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, portability, or object to processing. To delete your account and related data, email hello@bellavladi.com from the address of your cabinet. You may complain to the Romanian authority ANSPDCP: www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Эта политика описывает, как BV MEDIA CORPORATION SRL обрабатывает персональные данные на сайтах app.bellavladi.com, ik.bellavladi.com и в приложении Android «Белла Влади: Фейсфитнес» (пакет com.bellavladi.app).

2. Какие данные собираем
- данные кабинета: имя, email, телефон, дата рождения, Instagram, язык;
- вход: код на email или Telegram, токен сессии;
- сервисные данные: курсы, прогресс просмотра, клуб, переписка с поддержкой, бонусы;
- оплата через платёжных провайдеров (полные данные карты в приложении не храним);
- технические данные: IP, версия приложения или браузера, язык, страна, служебные логи.
Приложение не продаёт данные и не подключает стороннюю рекламу. Видео отдаётся с наших CDN / видеохостингов, чтобы вы могли смотреть купленные уроки.
3. Зачем обрабатываем
Чтобы вести кабинет, давать доступ к курсам и клубу, принимать оплату, соблюдать румынский бухучёт, слать служебные письма и (только с согласия) маркетинг, а также защищать сервис.
4. Передача
Данные передаём только подрядчикам: хостинг, почта, оплата, CDN/видео, Telegram (если вы пишете туда). Персональные данные не продаём.
5. Срок хранения
Пока аккаунт активен и столько, сколько требует румынский учёт (до 10 лет для платёжных документов). Удаление аккаунта: письмо на hello@bellavladi.com с email кабинета.
6. Права
Доступ, исправление, удаление, ограничение, переносимость, возражение. Жалоба: ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
